The price is the one shown at checkout, with sales tax for California addresses and the delivery you choose. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Cards are processed by Authorize.net over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Pieces from the showroom catalogs are delivered by our own crew across the Bay Area, the Stockton area and Sacramento, in 4 to 7 business days from the day you order. A sales specialist calls you to set a delivery day and time that works around your schedule.
Curbside delivery is free. White glove delivery is $95: brought inside to the room of your choosing, assembled, and all packaging removed. A room up a flight of stairs adds $50.
Our own East Bay collections ship free, curbside, to any address in the U.S.
A piece sent back for any reason other than a defect is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Every piece carries its maker’s warranty: one year at the least, and longer on many pieces.
