When you order, sign up for texts, or ask for help: your name, phone number, email, delivery and billing address, what you bought, and any note you leave.
When you talk to the designer on the site, by typing or by voice: what you say to it, so it can answer and so the store can follow up if you ask.
Your cart, saved list and recent choices are kept in your own browser. The site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
To take payment, deliver your order, send your receipt and delivery updates, answer your questions, and, only if you agreed, send you texts about new arrivals and specials. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
Only the services that run the store for us: Authorize.net (card payments), Exitium (our customer records, receipts and texts, sent through ClickSend), OpenRouter and Deepgram (the designer’s answers and voice), and Vercel (the website and its records). We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Email hello@eastbay.direct or call (925) 325-8537 to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. The site does not change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal; it does not track you across other sites either way.
