A mission bed the way the style started: a headboard of plain vertical slats under a flat top rail, a low footboard, square tapered legs, and nothing that does not need to be there. Solid and engineered wood, kiln-dried so it stays true, in a warm honey brown that shows the grain. The side rails are single pieces, centre legs carry the middle, and wood slats with grip strips hold the mattress without a box spring. A king that arrives in one flat box and goes together in an afternoon.
- Classic mission headboard: vertical slats in a frame under a flat cap, 44 in from the floor, with a low 7.5 in footboard to match.
- Solid and engineered wood, kiln-dried to keep it from warping, in a warm honey brown finish that reads golden in daylight and deepens under a lamp.
- Wood slats with grip strips carry the mattress directly, so there is no box spring to buy and the mattress stays where you put it.
- One-piece side rails and reinforced centre support legs: the frame is rated for 800 lb.
- Square tapered legs stand the frame 12 in off the floor, with 7.5 in of clearance underneath for flat storage boxes.
- Takes a standard 76 × 80 in king mattress.
- Assembled, it measures 82.25 in long, 79 in wide and 44 in high, and weighs 83.93 lb.
- Arrives flat in one carton at 89 lb. Straightforward assembly; the tools and a step-by-step guide are in the box.
